Shipments and returns
The shipment conditions are shown in the attached document, referred to the goods´ delivery, through the companies “Sociedad Estatal de Correos y Telégrafos” (http://www.correos.es/) y NACEX (http://www.nacex.es).
The estimated delivery terms for the products are:
- Iberian Peninsula, Canary and Balearic Islands (1-3 working days)

Most of the orders with goods on stock shall be delivered within 1 – 7 days, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends shall be processed on the first available working day. Should the ordered goods not be on stock, we shall notify you by e-mail.
PROUN MEDIA S.L. shall not be responsible for delays caused by the transport companies in charge of shipments. Depending on the shipping address of the buyer, customs duties or taxes derived from internal purchases may exist. These shall be paid by the buyer; the customs duties or taxes shall never be included in the price of the goods or services offered by PROUN MEDIA S.L.
If for any reason the Buyer is not fully satisfied with the purchase, you can return the products for change or reimbursement. In any case, the consequences of the waiver right shall be ruled by the Spanish laws, more precisely the RDL 1/2007 of November, 16th.
If you want te return any product, the articles shall be returned in their original status and without use, in their original packaging. Please follow these steps:
- Include a copy of your order confirmation e-mail and the invoice in the return.
- Please specify the new product size you want. (We cannot guarantee that all products and sizes are on stock).

Once we receive the returned product, we shall review the status of the products. If the returned products comply with the requirements of RDL 1/2007 of November 16th, your new article(s) shall be sent at no additional cost or the money shall be reimbursed.
